Cleanliness
The amazing staff. The breakfast area was nice and clean. The food offered was very good!
Furnishings in the lobby and room were very nice and well thought out.

Cons -

Short staff. Required fresh towels and I had to fetch them myself.
An unknown odor in the hallways.
There is a $12 parking fee that I had no idea about until I saw a sign at the front desk. Every other hotel in this area has free parking.
