- There were numerous gnats on restaurant and lobby area. My room had moths and spiders.
- We had an Overflowing toilet that the staff would not fix. They brought a plunger and towels and told us we had to fix the toilet as they were not allowed in the room.
- Room was overbooked. Staff somewhat unhelpful. No free breakfast.
