- The rooms were great, the breakfast was sufficient and the shuttle service was a welcomed service.
- Hotel employee and his coworker at the front desk were wonderful when we checked in. All the other staff we had interactions with doing our stay were also very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.
- Everyone we met that worked at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Everybody we encountered was courteous and concerned about our stay. This hotel has an excellent group of people, and they understand what it takes to be in the hospitality business.
Cons -
- The rain forest experience has not been repaired for a long time. The outdoor hot tub also was noit working properly.
