Very friendly staff and super easy to get to. Breakfast was great as well.

The room had an odd smell but nothing crazy. Maybe a deodorant for the room was used before our stay.

The front desk staff, very clean hotel, quiet, clean rooms, comfy beds, close to freeway

The floors in our room was marked up. I think it might have been from moving the comfy chair. If that continues, the floors will look bad in no time.

There were a bunch of bikers there who were very loud in adjoining room, but generally this is a good hotel

I was surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. I normally do not pick this brand but it was convenient for our travels. Except for the check in process which was slow due to a new computer system, I was completely satisfied with this hotel.

The service clerk was so friendly....Made us laugh. Everything was clean. The pool and spa was actually up and running. The towels were so soft. The pillows great. Will definitely be back again some day.

When we first pulled up a cop car was out front. That could be bad or good. But they were just looking for someone who had trespassed. Good to know the police watches the place and keeps people safe and even watches the night shift get safely 2 vehicle.

nice clean quality inn hotel. I had a quiet peaceful night. Nice coffee. Bathroom and shower was clean. breakfast was nice- mainly prepackaged with some cereal , danish , some fruits, and a waffle making machine. Coffee was good.

The hotel needs updating and the front desk person said they are renovating in the fall. Our rooms had Cigarette burns on the floor so I asked to make sure they didn't blame myself.

Hotel was very clean and bathroom had been updated.

The carpet in my room was old and dirty looking. It made the room feel dirty even though it wasn¿t. Carpets definitely need replaced.

Great location

Tried to get another night at the same price for our return trip and they couldn't do it. It made no sense to me. Also the breakfast was grab-and-go, not much to like. But next door the restaurant had a full buffet, so the whole Covid argument is sketchy

The quaint style, beautiful grounds, nearness to the interstate. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

It can be a little more expensive than I like to pay for that star level. Also, with the grab & go breakfast style, it could be put out a little earlier than normal breakfast hours since there's nothing involved. I always leave before breakfast is out.

Breakfast during Covid pretty minimal . Some hotel scare better.

Now that they've switched to a grab and go breakfast, I wish they would set them out sooner, as I always have to leave before breakfast starts.

Tv was not working and lamp in room did not work.. no bag in ice bucket

This is a cheaply built hotel that is in bad need of maintenance. You can tell the owner doesn’t put any money back into the place for the time you pull into the parking lot

The juice dispenser was not working. The breakfast host seemed overwhelmed and was having a hard time keeping things stocked.
