Austinburg Hotel

I left a day early

It wasn't clean the water pressure was low and wasn't it supposed to be a Sleep inn?

Was awakened twice by loud guest 11pm & 2am asked for a refund and was turned down. It says it serves a hot breakfast IT DOES NOT !!! Frozen food you have to microwave

The ease of finding it.

The one way in. You can only enter through the front even though you can park in the back, you have to walk to the front to enter.

Convenience to spire academy

odd cleaning smell throughout the hotel and not as clean as would have liked

Clean room, pool ,and breakfast.

no good restaurants near by

Indoor pool

Ac wasn?t working. Made a banging sound like a hammer all night long.

They accused us of steeling the blanket from the hotel, they changed the closing time of the gym earlier while we where there. And miss lead us about the dog/pet policy.

There was nobody else really so that was good... very quiwt

Breakfast sucked, room had doors that didn't close properly

Not much!A place to sleep and that's it!

The sink was broke. Had a brand t.v. up on the wall and wasn't hooked up to any service to watch the news or entertainment.

It was right of the freeway so conveniently located. It was in a quiet area. Room was good, bed was comfortable.

I had a connecting room which I did not ask for and the couple next to me talked LOUD into late evening. TV remote is Roku and no way to mute or adjust volume (so their TV was also loud). Shower faucet is weird and took a while to find hot water.

Leaving

Hotel staff rude and not helpful carpet in room beyond disgusting

Pool is nice, staff nice. Breakfast decent.

My room smelled totally funky. Older place.

Located near food establishments. Peaceful environment.

Pool under construction. Had a mess laying around near the lobby.

friendly staff and allowed pets

needs updated and charged to much for pets. I had 2 pets $35 for both not each is a good price

The beds are amazing and comfortable. Staff was amazing, breakfast was awesome also

The common areas smelled wonderful. Plenty of towels already in the room. Nice desk/work area.

The fridge in the room was super loud.

Breakfast

Black mold on the wall in our room by the ac/ heater.

The room was filthy. Bathroom had mold, food on the carpet in many spots, coffee maker full of grime and grounds, glue and sticky syrup on ironing board. Manager  refused to give full or partial refund or offer new room. Have plenty of photos.

Great room for the rate. Easy location for on and off the freeway.

Air conditioner had a periodic rattle but I was initially concerned would keep me awake but it didn¿t.

Staff, breakfast was good

The bathroom was very, very dirty. I had to go ask for cleaner and tags to clean it with before we could use it. Couldn't change rooms as they were full and it was late. Very disappointed
