Cleanliness of the hotel was four thumbs up.

Bought steaks to grill out and the grills were not working.

Clean. Quiet. Location. Atmosphere. Friendly staff.

The breakfast and the clean rooms

They originally put us inthe wrong room. Also the air conditioning didn't seem to work well.

Room was nice

Late check-in front desk left us waiting 15 minutes before I had to walk back into kitchen area to find someone to check in.

Was fairly clean.

The noise was so bad. People on the 3rd floor stomping around. I called the front desk at 1130 pm. Someone was pounding on our door. The people on the 3rd floor made noise until 1230 a.m. I went to front desk hotel employee did nothing.

Position of the air conditioner--it was blowing on us while we slept.

Very comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with lots of variety, including hot oatmeal.

No hot breakfast No lids for the coffee cups- so why bother! Had to grab coffee and breakfast at a convenience store before my 7 hour drive home.

The rooms was clean, but that paled in comparison to all of the drawbacks.

With omicron spreading, the lack of masking by the staff, including those handling food, was shocking. The toilet was wonky and only flushed when you pulled the lever a certain way. All of the power outlets in the room were loose and felt unsafe.

Fantastic staffs. Asked them about the late checkout and they were very understanding and accommodated our need.

The room was much smaller than expected. I stayed with my daughter for 2 nights and there were 3 towels for each kind. The housekeeper didn¿t come to our room to clean on the next day so I had to use the same towel for the second night.

The location was perfect. I was travelling alone and felt safe. The room was like a suite. Just wonderful.

Letting us know when pool is closed and there is no hot breakfast would be nice. I understand due to limited travel it may not be feasible for hotel just let us know. Nutrigrain bars and half a bagel with melted cheese doesn¿t work.

It was super clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and at home.

They could have offered juices, cereal, muffins and microwave breakfast sandwiches as the Hampton Inn we stayed at the next night in Canton Ohio had.

The hotel was very clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good under the co-vid restrictions.
