Where it was located

Not very updated, dirty corners, broken & corroded items,

the hotel was relatively quiet and the bed was comfortable.

With all of the travelling I do with work, the $50 deposit which is held for 10 days, was a new and unappreciated item. The breakfast offerings were pathetic and stale. There was no privacy latch on the door; it appears to have been torn off.

Breakfast

In bad condition, frayed carpets, out of date. All of this made it feel not we¿ll cared for and made it feel dirty.

It's a little beat up, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was the necessity for this stay and it was clean.

Plenty of access doors, but a long walk if you go from end to end.. Such as last room to the pool.

The breakfast was horrible and they had the nerve to not let you take breakfast to the room! But we were able to order and eat pizza in the room! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The pool did not work. They had pictures of a pool on the website but they took it out of the description. It's misleading and I would not have paid that much for al hotel with no pool.

I¿ve stayed here a few times. Always clean and well kept. Friendly staff.

No elevator to access 2nd floor. All rooms have inside access to the rooms, but I¿m not getting any younger toting suitcases up & down stairs.

Rude staff. We had an unexpected issue abd they would not listen. Called the cops because they said we screamed at them. They were screaming at us too. Anyway prepaid for rooms and 2 parties were kicked out. Lost $500 since prepaid.

The front desk lady was very polite

The pool is salt water and they called our room middle of the night trying to accuse us of having 4 people in our room when we clearly checked in with 2 and tried to argue with us for over 10 minutes

Disgusting and unsafe. The pool area is bowing in, cracks on the bottom of the pool, tile is broken and chipped and my kid cut himself on the pool, they were slimey when they got out. We got locked out of our hotel and it took 45 minutes for them to get

(See above) took 45 minutes to get us into our hotel and then we were told we couldn¿t leave because no one would be able to let us in. Hotel staff were rude, unhelpful, and told us there was nothing they could do and didn¿t even offer another room.

Thier waffle maker was broken. Sounds silly, but I choose hotels that have waffle makers because I love hotel waffles!

Convenience to highway

Man and woman yelling loudly about the manager while at the front desk, using strong profanity in front of my young children. There were also long, dark hair strands in the shower and the shower curtain was filthy.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows, microwave and fridge in the room.

Lights were burned out in the lamp at the desk. If that's the worst thing I ever have to encounter in a hotel room, I've got it made!

Close to hospital and easy route back and forth.

No, they took care of my needs. A crib was put in the room as requested and the breakfast was fresh.

Pool and hot tub

Ceiling in pool room leaks, floor of pool slippery, the fitness center is non-existant (yet is still advertised in their foyer) Extremely loud noises throughout the night until 4:00 Monday morning, making sleep impossible.

Cleanliness of the rooms; friendliness of the staff; the hot breakfast; 24 hour coffee/tea/snacks.

I have nothing negative to say. It truly was an amazing experience.

The room was clean and people there (behind counter & breakfast area ) was nice & polite . The room we stayed in smelled of smoke the next day, like there was a smoker in there before us. We asked for no smoking rm.

It was being remodeled & in hallway it had an weird odor.

The staff was friendly and very helpful too. It was a nice, clean, quiet place to stay. The free breakfast surprised me with all the different selections to choose from! They also offered plenty of pamplets on things to do around the area.
