It was very clean, and the rooms were large. Comfortable mattress.

Was not impressed with the fact that the pool was out of service, and no discount was offered; as this was one of the reasons that we picked this hotel.

It was very clean and the staff, especially at the front desk, were all very friendly and nice.

We stayed several days and only wanted the room cleaned in the middle of our stay, and that day was missed. However, we mentioned it to the front desk clerk when we asked for more towels, and the room was promptly cleaned the next morning.

Manager-very rude-treated me bad I am Hilton honors and made to feel like worthless guest because I booked on this site!!! Manager lied treadmills ripped belts did not work missing weighs from 19-20 -gave me a terrible room noisy - very dark no light

The hot tub was too small and not much sitting area around the outside of it.

Very nice hotel. Hotel employee, who was on duty everyday while we were there, was VERY NICE and gave several recommendations for places to eat, that we would not of found otherwise, POLINORI'S RESTRAUNT is a MUST ! Room was very clean as well as pool area.

Price, cleanliness, location. This is the only hotel that I will stay at when Im in alliance to visit family. The other hotels may be cheaper but you get what you pay for.

They were very unacommadating when I told them the AC was not working in my room when we checked in. Had to call them again on my 2nd night to remind them about AC not working. I rented 2;rooms and the 2nd room has issues with tub being clogged

Wifi did not work. Husband could not complete his work for the day. Did not work both days

It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. We will be back.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean & nicely decorated. The pool area was roomy. Staff was pleasant & helpful.

Wish the bathroom had an actual door instead of a sliding door that left a big gap. The tile around the pool area was very slippery.

We expected to use the pool and hot tub part of reason we selected this hotel. It failed to mention that the pool and hot tub had been out of order for several months. For this reason they should have made the rooms cheaper.

Staff at front desk were NOT friendly. Manager would NOT speak to me regarding their new "Early check-in" fee if you arrive before the 3 pm check-in time. Kind of cowardly in my view.

Proximity to the assisted living care facility we were visiting. Also guest laundry is very convenient for long stays.

Maintenance is poor. The shower handle was broken. A light was burned out in the bathroom and the staff could not locate another bulb. The pool was closed for repair.

it was clean, rooms had everything you would need. i like that they had USB ports. Overall a great hotel

The building is located off of State Street, away from the noise of the traffic. Also, the multi-use cabinet (Clothing, TV, Micro, and Fridge) is an excellent use of space. Spacious bathroom and well-designed. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Well, they seem to have (or had), a bug infestation of ants and/or flying bugs. I'm not an exterminator so I cannot say for certain they were a certain bug that begins with a "T" They were a problem each day I was there. Coming from the Window AC.

Air conditioner turned on and off over and over and kept us awake. Staff said lots of people complain about it but nothing they can do

The price could be a little more reasonable. We spend 2 of our four nights there, then moved when we found another motel for $20 cheaper per night.
