Pros +
- It was across the street from Summit Mall. Exterior landscaping was stellar.
- I love that the hotel has two pools, and cookies *even though they weren't offered to us*.
- Room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The size of the room was great.
Cons -
- When you walk in the front door, Christmas bulbs are in a bowl as a centerpiece - it's MAY. The whole hotel smelled damp and mildewy. The shower didn't look clean. The hotel is renovated but still needs significant attention.
- There was mold in my room. The bathroom ceiling had cracks. The water in the shower wasn't hot
- The hotel did not have hot water in my room for 3 days, I complained & complained and all the staff could say is they would send Maintenace to check it out. After the 3rd night they finally switched my room after I threatened to call the corporate office
