- People were very pleasant
- The staff was absolutely amazing. Check-in was simple and easy. The GM was helpful and gave so much info on whereabouts to eat. It was just and absolutely great experience for our first visit to Watertown!
- It was clean, with no smell and was roomy
Cons -
- Put our sign up to have room clean/refilled Coffee shampoo etc and no one came. Gal at desk said they dont go by that.
- Toilet was clogged
- The breakfast could use a re-vamp. For as big as the breakfast area is, it could use more of a "hot food" selection such as biscuits and gravy and bacon and maybe a local favorite and pastries and more of a yogurt selection??
