- 1. No breakfast; the room smelled (left us a can of Fabreeze to spray in the room); had to ask for everything; the hallways and front entrance not vacuumed and dirty; trash not emptied for 3 days; elevator not working; only saw one person (staff)
- The musty smells of the rooms and hallway. It gave me a sore throat.
- The first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned or the beds made it took a while to get the second room which had dirty bloody sheets and it wasn't clean. It was pretty bad.
