Hampton Inn Utica

It served to be an excellent location for us. Plus, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, while we lingered in the hotel lobby after we had formally checked out. The staff was very kind.

The best pillows I ever slept on wanted to take home with me and Free breakfast was really good and coffee threw out the day and night was a bonus

Indoor Pool was too echoing that's it

Gave us a room right by the pool. Room felt wet and damp and smelled. There were only 1 or 2 rooms by the pool and they put us in one of these. It was noisy in the hall early in the morning with people talking.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of seating. Nice fitness room.

There was plenty of parking and it's location was good for what we were looking for.

The tub did not drain well and was still full when we left after 4 people showered.

Staff were always friendly and welcoming!! Nice touch to offer bottles of water when checking in! Room was very clean and the breakfast was above average compared to similar hotel chains.

The only issue we had was a loose toilet seat in the bathroom. The hotel is set back off the road a bit, and the sign is a bit hard to see, but otherwise it is in a convenient and safe location.

The room was a nice size and it was clean.

The hotel reservationist that was on staff upon my early arrival was not friendly. She mentioned that I would need to come back at 3PM but it was not in a friendly/hospitable manner. The next morning, she was on her cell phone talking while chking me out

The facility was nice - rooms were nice. Breakfast was free and ok. Coffee available all the time

Staff was not that friendly - just spoke matter of fact when checking in and out. Breakfast person was silent and unsmiling. Pool was out of order due to chemical imbalance - I booked this hotel for the pool.

The pool was out of order, the breakfast items were not restocked and there was hair leftover in the sheets and bathroom.

Cleanliness and quality of services and breakfast was great!

Of pool was warm this would be a 5 star hotel in my book !

Close to the highway

We went to our room and the toilet was dirty as was the sink.We were moved to another room. In the morning they never refilled the hot breakfast items before we left.

There was a problem with my room, but the staff was helpful in relocating me to another hotel.

We stayed for three nights. The room was nice, clean & quiet. We used the fitness center & the pool & both were great to have on site. We had a great breakfast one day but I guess we missed out on the to go stuff the other two days so that was sad but ok.

Loved the cleanliness and steps taken to show they’re working hard to keep guests safe and healthy

The location was difficult to find - signage and driveway are a bit hidden. EaRLY in the morning I could hear a horrible screeching and later saw a few shipping containers in the parking lot... it was a loud drop off.
