The hotel was clean and near where we wanted to be.

The hotel did have some areas needing maintenance but staff was keeping up as best as possible with an older property.

Old stained wall paper. Cracks in the cabinets around the mini fridge. Cracks in the ceiling. Didn’t feel like the room was worth the money.

Friendly environment, ease of parking, nice gathering area and bar. Good location.

Breakfast not included in fare. headboard reading light inoperable. Shower curtain dirty, room carpet was worn - needed deep cleaning or replacement. Wall paper peeling away from the wall. 4th floor microwave inoperable

I wish they had fresh coffee in the lobby. Starbucks doesn?t open until 6

Everything: location, service, restaurant, etc.

I would suggest grab bars in the shower.

Reception area employees are accommodating.

Kitchen and Bar tenders are very rude and unprofessional. Hotel bathrooms are not up to the 4 star level. Overall it needs serious renovation.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice sheets, cleanliness, good room size. Appreciated the noon checkout time vs 10 or 11 am that most hotels use.

Room was huge! Very comfy and clean. Front desk staff very friendly and the bar/restaurant staff was super friendly as well. Nice menu selections as well. Great experience.

Staff was not good.Wifi didn't work response oh sorry It turns out you have to get an account & accept the terms to use the wifi.Parking is NOT free unless you move the car to the street before the attendant comes.2:30am Fire Alarm for almot 30 minno info

The lady working the desk was very disrespectful, she refused to allow me to go back to my room and threaten to call the police,after I went out to have a cigarette, even after I told her I was a guest and proceeded to embarrass my husband and myself

It was conveniently located Downtown near restaurants. It was very clean, and the hotel staff was courteous and extremely helpful.

Yes the bathroom tub wall was broken and exposed toilet seat was broken.and tv reception was bad fuzzy and could get most channels alsI was woken up at 830 by the cleaning lady in my room asking me if i wanted to have my room cleaned .i said not yet.disa

It was close to the location.

The beds were super hard. The TV kept glitching and logging off. We could not stream anything online. The shower was hard to cut on. There were no microwaves in the rooms which made for major inconvenience having to go to another floor. Alacarte breakfast

Very clean

The elevator was out and had to go up 6 flights of stairs with our luggage. Spent two nights in the hotel and walked up and down for the first day. The second day the elevators worked and then one broke down again. Not a good experience.

Nice staff and pool, rooms nice and fits beds

Parking was weird, but ok. People cleaning their car in the lot at 2am, felt odd. Only one elevator and it was very old and slow

Absolutely amazing and clean. Thank you so much. Amazing hotel. Deserve every star they get. Pool was huge. ( there's room for a hot tub....just saying) loved it!!

Love the restaurant. Reasonably priced for hotel. I think the buffet should come with room. Only because it's the same menu as any other FREE continental breakfast. But in all seriousness...great Hotel.

They did not honor my booking of my bed type. Called me in the middle of the night 2 days before my stay. Rude , unhelpful checkin'

The breakfast & the one breakfast waitress staff they had working there by herself on a busy Saturday morning, wished I remembered her name she was wonderful made my morning better..

Morning Front desk staff not knowledgeable of charging my credit card twice, & still waiting on my 50 dollar incidental charge that should of been reimbursed to my card by now, oh and everything in the hotel you have to pay for including breakfast&parking
