Check-in was severely delayed. Arrived after 5 PM and had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby for the room to be readied.
Room was great, lots of room and very clean. Breakfast was good and gym had lots of equipment and weights as well as a Peloton bike.
People were friendly and it was clean and welcoming
no newspaper in the lobby in like in most other Hilton Hotels.
Great hotel! Beautiful room, was very quiet, able to get a good night rest. The free Breakfast was delicious, staff was very friendly and cordial. Hotel employee went the xtra mile to make us feel at home. Pet friendly¿¿¿¿!
There was absolutely nothing that we did not like. We will definitely stay again at this hotel. It will be our place to stay when we visit Utica, NY
The bathroom was dirty and had hairs on the ledge of the shower. I clean AIRBNB rentals so I¿m not generally one to complain but definitely something your hotel needs to know about. There were no coffee cups out to get morning coffee.
This hotel was great! It was clean, the rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly! The grill and patio space were a nice extra.
