How nice and accommodating the staff was.I dropped a money order outside of the building and they found it and called me and held on to it for a few hours until i was able to make my way back to the hotel. Saved me 75 bucks on needing to buy a new one
Hotel staff, lobby, location, and parking availability.
Room was clean and spacious and parking was ample. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive.

Cons -

The pull-out bed was less than desirable. Room should not be marketed above a king suite for 2 people. The sofa bed is not worthy of the designation. Additionally, the bathroom can use wall-mounted hooks to facilitate towels and traveler toiletries.
Since it was such a busy weekend and the hotel was booked they could have used more staff for breakfast and cocktail service.
The price kept going up, so my husband had to check into a different hotel.

IÂ¿ll definitely choose a different hotel chain that isnÂ¿t poisoning their guests by going crazy with the awful and quite damaging to the respiratory tract and the toxic and just disgusting offensive smelling Lysol. Gross

Decor

No extra sheets or blankets in room. Terrible room view. Associate didn't ask what type of view we would like. Noisy front of bldg. Area not great to walk around in..

Room was nice, clean, bed very comfortable.

I had to wait for over 30 minutes to check in at midnight when i was really tired due to a computer issue.

Nice river view, but had I gotten a room on the other side it would have sucked. There is no sunlight on the other side.

I found hairs in the shower and the shower floor looked grimy.

Handicap accessible bathtub.

Smoky smell in room. Only serve caffeinated coffee from 6-10am. Even one star hotels have a round the clock coffee bar. Absolutely nothing to eat at breakfast time. Reception pushes to buy over priced items in their mini Mart. Area in Troy is total Crap.

The staff/ frontdesk help was very friendly.

My room clean up was incomplete from prior guest's visit - however they were kind enough to send me to another room. The bathroom fixtures were immaculate - but the trash and a pc. of furniture had been overlooked.
