Beautiful area, Flo is exceedingly nice and welcoming.
The owner was welcoming and helpful, especially re: things to do and restaurant suggestions. She is also a wonderful cook and the breakfasts were superb,in addition to 24 hr. coffee, tea, cookies, and snacks. Rooms are very large, unique.
Your description was inaccurate; there was sufficient parking right outside the front door. Fantastic grounds

Cons -

Very difficult to find, especially at night- cell service is very spotty in that area, so that makes it difficult to call them while trying to find it. No sign for it on the street. Beautiful backyard, but no way to access it from hotel.
