The size of the Room and Bed.

The Room and Shower were OLD! Carpet worn. Noisy Hall Way!

The friendliness and the breakfast.

Only that there are no close big box stores to shop at or a bus.

Safe, quiet, clean, extremely comfortable.

Pool and breakfast

The room that I book did not exist. This was very disappointing

Very clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast & very nice staff.

No elevator.

Conveniently located in a fairly quiet area. The room / bathroom was laid out nicely and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I wasn't there long enough to use many of the amenities, but they were all working and available.

The room itself was looking a bit worn overall. Basic repairs had not been finished properly, for instance a large plaster patch in the bathroom had not been painted to match the wall color. There were similar patches in the room as well.

The staff were very nice.

The rug in the hotel room had some holes/tears in it; the room had a smell like stale smoke.

In expensive

Everything about it was cheap - carpet, bed, bedding, towels, toiletries, curtains, coffe, TV, "gym" breakfast - Every. Single. Thing.

Customer Service at the front desk.

A lot of noise in the hallway. Doors that are designed to close automatically , close hard and loud.

Convenient

The pool was disgusting, hair and a floating press on nail in it

Cleanliness

Yeah, after I paid for the hotel room, he told me how to pay $100 deposit and I asked for what and he said if there was any damage to the room and there was no damage but I still haven?t received the hundred dollar deposit back.

Plenty of parking, the staff are nice & helpful

There are no sanitation wipes in the work-out room. The hand sanitizer station is emptied. The bench is broken. You might as well remove it and replace with yoga balls, band & foam rolls.

The bathroom tub faucet was covered in mold and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. It appears that these rooms are not very sought after and the occupancy must be extremly low .

The Staff was really nice the breakfast was better than I expected.

My Room door rattled whenever anyone went up the stairs and the door had a space in it. There are also no stairs which may be important to some people.

Nothing. Did not stay. Checked in then got spooked. Really sketchy area - smelled bad - scary bad energy. Made me think of every scary movie I had ever seen and I haven't seen very many. We left.

Still waiting to see if they are going to charge me for the night that I didn't spend with them.

I liked that check-in was simple and person at the front desk was very helpful!. The room didn¿t appear to have bugs and the bed was ok.

It smelled weird. I have never had to say a breakfast was completely inedible. I don¿t think they have cleaned the waffle iron in at least several weeks. The coffee was disgusting. I actual couldn¿t even consume it. It was beyond disgusting.

The Frint desk Lady was sweet.

Very dirty had a smell. Towels and sheets did not seem clean. Thank goodness I put my own on top and had towels in the car. Dirty place. I asked to be on the 2nd floor but they had no rooms. People could look into our room or smoke outside which came in.

The front desk staff was very kind, and the hot breakfast provided was good.

This hotel does NOT have an ELEVATOR! We had to haul luggage up the staircase! This should have been noted in the description, as this fact alone would have been reason to select a different hotel. Room hot and musty/moldy smelling. Bathroom door warped.

The location is perfect for just a getaway. The special pricing made it all the more attractive. The fact of the pool, breakfast, coffee 24/7 and very pleasant staff was fantastic.

I was very pleased with everything. I only wish there were a channel guide for the television, being unfamiliar with the lineup.
