Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Loud music playing at midnight and did nothing about it. Room was small and not worth ---

Very clean and quiet. Easy parking. Great pillows. Linens and bath towels top notch

Furnishings were showing signs of age, but adequate and functional

Yes they insisted I didn't have a reservation I had to go somewhere else. Then they charged me for one night stay.

Neighbor hood is not great, hotel is rundown, we arrived the lobby locked took 5/7mins for someone to ring us in, needs a major renovation it is just old. And there were bugs in bathroom. Didnt smell great either.

The room was nicer than expected.

First time in that part of New York so I did not know much about the area. The hotel was not at a good location. There were police sirens going off all night. Not sure if this goes on every Saturday but I did not feel safe there.

Great room for the price. Had stove and large refrigerator and dishwasher.

Pay parking.

I paid for a room with a fridge and microwave abs there was none in the room. Empty roll of toilet paper, the water was warm and never got hot

It was nice and clean. Situated perfect.

They have bedbugs.

The location is not in a safe neighborhood and the outside of the hotel and the dumpster with the live raccoon in it.

Cleanliness of the rooms are exceptional, very meticulous.

The Staff was not very nice, English language not clear, not very customer service orientated. I asked the front desk woman how I could go about making it be known to Management about the room cleanliness and she said "we don't do that here".

Location was close to where I was going. After reading some of the reviews I was nervous. The room was clean bathroom was clean, fleshly painted

The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. Good price for a short stay.

Room was ready when we got there.

Refrigerator did not work, mold in freezer. No blankets, they ran out?!. Overall a hotel that is not maintained very much. I wouldn't ever stay there again.

They made my husband and I stay in a smoking room when both of us are not. Had huge complications confirming our reservation even after I called several hours before and told them I was making a reservation.

AC was nice.

Dirty towels, holes in the walls, old TV, outlets in odd and unreachable places and also not very safe. Barely any pillows and they were way too soft. Shower water pressure was so high it HURT!
