Belvedere Inn Schenectady - Albany

Room was clean

This hotel is in need of updates. Carpets are stained and hallways and doors are damaged and in need of repairs and paint. Overall Dingy feeling. Shower did not work in room.

Safe area, plenty of places to eat

No pool , waffle machine on weekends only

It was very dreary, lighting was extremely dim, no ventilation in the bathroom, unpleasant smell in room and throughout the hotel.

TV didn?t work properly. Room was dark and not modern. Staff not very friendly

Rooms where clean and a decent size. And bed was quite comfortable.

There continental breakfast fmwas no more then danishes, muffins, coffee, basically nothing more then Togo food. Was expecting more.

The location

The beds were old spring mattresses and your feet were higher than your head when you laid dow, the springs were poking out and the pillows were small like couch throw pillows.

I was pleasantly surprised that room was as clean as it was for the price, and last minute booking. Mgmt good in booking room. Snacks, and coffee good for early checkout. Would stay here again

Price was good for area and accomidation

front desk closes at 10pm - so no late checkin breakfast was a joke

The hotel is located in a former school building, yet very nicely remodeled into a comfortable and functional place. We liked the different personality of the place compared to the cookie cutter quality of hotel chains. Staff was great also.

Location. The hotel is a little dated. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the hotel needs some updates.

The continental breakfast was less desirable. I had to go to the McDonald¿s next door.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly. Ample parking. Clean rooms and serene atmosphere.

It was proximate to my work.

Worn out hotel with remarkably surly staff. I would sleep in a gutter before ever going back.

Sale promotion at discount websites was successful, Multiple wifi access

20 dollars check in before 3pm 100 dollars deposit Smell Clogged sink Bed Breakfast

Location was the only thing good about this hotel.

Loud obnoxious neighbors that made it impossible to get any sleep and chips and crumbs all over the floor. Will never stay here again.

Cleanliness and price

Tv was not working until i fixed it. maintence was coming after my exit from the hotel. Lamps were unplugged.

The double beds are extremely undersized and false advertised. The over night employee is not equipped to run there systems, so they use this to scam Patrons when they do not like room or facility. They are Scumbags and not refund your money!!!!!!!!!!

Convenient to everything, extremely! Clean , good for a spot to stay.

If your looking for a place to beddown and get up and run about , it¿s perfect. However some sites llist it as having a pool and fitness center.

Clean,spacious

The front desk clerk was aful. He acted like he didn't want to be there. Makes me not want to revisit.

Was clean, can use updating in rooms, need new sheets, so scratchy

Tv in our bedroom did not work, sheets were very rough, and matters hard.

Price

No breakfast the next morning. No food or drinks wasn’t out. The front desk lady said the bakery delivery hasn’t come yet. Two o clock in the morning lots of noise.
