- The staff was fantastic, especially Ben at the front desk. He's exceptional, do what is necessary to keep him!
Cons -
- Need a big clock in Pool RoomMy bedroom was supposed to be accessible. Thismeans that shower needs to be utilizable as a handheld and that there needs to be a sturdy bench for sitting.as well. For such a large popular hotel this was as disappointing as it was shocking. I have been booking accessible rooms for years and this is the very first one without a handheld shower head and sturdy bench.
- Security, card key access needed to drive into garage but you could just walk right in and get in elevator to access hotel.
- Breakfast food was ok, not great

The price. It was much lower online day of and availability was much more available too
