First room smelled awful. We had to switch rooms.

The staff was very attentive to any issues that arose. It was located near the freeway which was convenient to where I was visiting.

The food (breakfast area) was not maintained as they ran out of food pretty quickly.

Everything! The room had a foul odor for starters. The ligbtbulbs were missing and they were only able to find one working bulb. The sheets had dark stains and the walls and carpet was dirty.

Yes, over spray something at hall way it makes me feel headache. Next inside the bathroom smells weed someone smoke there. Next allowing the dog inside the building which is worst. Bed need to replace.

I couldn?t eat any of the breakfast because of my gluten allergy, and the bathroom was very small

The bed was comfortable and our room had a fridge and microwave.

It needs a refresh, there were many places in the hall that needed paint touch up as well as the room we were in. We had reserved 2 king rooms and they were next door to each other. Our room did not have closet doors, the other room had no microwave.

Location and cleanliness

Very loud housekeeper that was not considerate of the possibility someone could be sleeping next to rooms being cleaned. It?s hard to find a quiet place to sleep during the day for night shift travel nurses. This should be considered. Look for door signs.

room was great. had a refrigerator. breakfast had lots of choices. location was close to Dr. office I needed to go to.

It was close to my destination

The room was not fully cleaned. There was peanut butter left on the windows sill and a gigantic pill was left on the coffee maker.

At 1030 the fire alarm started to go off with a low battery warning.

Holes in the sheets and walls,bedspread was dirty cover had stains the size of a quarter ,paint coming off the ceiling in shower .Chair at the desk back was broken and there was no microwave an the freezer door was broken on the refrigerator

Housekeeping never check if you need anything. Nothing was till the day I left. There is permanent ventilation sound coming from the bathroom.

Willing to accommodate if any issues arise. Deposit was also reversed less than 24 hours, in which was early morning if the next day after check out,which was good. Most hotels hold the deposit up to 3 days which is crazy.
