Hampton Inn Potsdam

Can't think of anything. Location was ok I guess

There were multiple bugs in my room. Front desk told me not to use my heat as they are attracted to warmth. Could not relocate me because the hotel was sold out. When contacting the manager, they gave me 3000 hilton points (like 15 dollars)

The customer service e lady was phenominal

The fact the ceiling is caving in and likely to harm someone and they wouldnt refund the room

The staff once we found a friendly person to help us with the issues we were having.

Burst bathroom sink pipe that flooded the bathroom. The guest next door screaming into his phone all night long.

Close to restaurants/fast food places. Breakfast was good with oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage¿ etc. 2 EV chargers on property.

This was the best birthday ever....I got a gorgeous card and gift bag delivered by Tina at the front desk. Everyone was so nice. The room was clean and so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was yummy. The pool was excellent so I went swimming several times

there is nothing I didn't like.

Location and cleanliness

The beds are just okay and the curtains still allow a lot of light in from outside.

It's a super nice hotel. I grew up in Potsdam, and there was NEVER such a modern, clean hotel there before. It's a bit pricey for the area in winter though.

There was some maintenance that should be done--the toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall, and in my friend's room, the toilet seat fell off.

The cleaning crew and their boss they were excellent

We could hear the people next door and the stairwell quite loudly. Could have used a thicker blanket or an additional blanket.

Extremely sanitized and great Serta beds. Exceptional amenities. I think in this time of Covid-19, Hampton Inn is on top of their game. Very friendly staff. Excellent grab and go breakfast. If I ever travel to Potsdam again I will stay here. Many kudos.

The staff were friendly.

Numerous adults drinking alcohol by the pool and screaming at their children. Constant nose in the hall way, sounded like people running up and down the halls at all hours. Was charged $10 without being told why. Had a sick child who was kept up all night

Clean bedding and floors

Drafty windows cold room when set to 69 degrees and I cleaned the shower myself in check in. Daughter has suppressed immune system I saw how they left it for us so I cleaned it myself Always banging loud noises. Oh could hear the room upstairs always ba

The hotel staff was great! All very friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff noticed we liked the sheets untucked so they left them that way after putting on clean sheets. Its little things like that, that make me always choose Hampton

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast they serve is a good deal. Decor feels fresh.

Room needed a little maintenance-- piece of cabinet trim fell off in front of refridge and rubber under room door was peeling away. Room cleaning staff was very good though.
