This hotel is on the river and has beautiful views.

The girl who checked us in didn't know about the included breakfast, so we ended up paying. The tv in my brother's room didn't work and my sister had to be moved because there was food in her microwave and fridge. The bed was too hard.

the grounds were beautiful, the bed very comfortable, parking was just outside the room, outdoor seating was a nice touch. refrig/microwave and coffeemaker was great to have.

initially it smelled a little musty but once the fan was turned on for air to circulate it was fine.

the check in process was a bit challenging ( checking in at a sister hotel), then key not working then when the key worked the room was already occupied. driving to and from the other hotel till situation was fixed.and carpet in room!

Very nice to have access to the pool by the river, and the adk chairs and firepit. Neighborhood folk held a party with loud music until well after 11pm. Lucky I brought earplugs. The relationship with Grand Isle Inn adds great value. The room was clean and well laid out. Thanks.

Hotel was very nice. Quiet and clean.

I had to check into the hotel down the road at another hotel. There was no one on sight at this hotel which made me a littleNervous. And was also a little inconvenient. I should have been told at the time of booking the room that this would be the case.

Rooms are tired..needs upgrade

Private, clean, felt like we had the whole entire property to ourselves. Beautiful setting for sunsets and ships.

The view and location were great for me. I enjoyed early morning time enjoying morning coffee by the river.

There was nobody in the office in the mornings. There was a strong tobacco odor in the room.

Great place, clean, spacious, nice view of the river and direct access to the shore. Our room had a full kitchenette, which wasn't in the advertisement and which we weren't expecting, but a definite plus- might have been because we stayed at a time when the place wasn't anywhere near full.

Office was closed due to staffing shortage, so we had to check with the front desk of a partner property a mile down the road, but no big deal.

Fantastic little gem right on the river. Clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The towels weren’t very big. There was no front desk associate at 9:00 to check us out, had to leave our key or drive to a sister hotel near by.

Disappointing and expensive.

On a main road, noisy. Decor dated, in particular heavy, dark curtains which had to be kept closed permanently for privacy. Unclean fridge inside and around the back of the fridge the carpet had not been vacuumed, lots of dust balls.

The only down side was that there was no riverfront rooms available. Other than that our stay was great! We were traveling on our motorcycle. We basically had the place to ourselves. Montana and the other staff were great! They were so helpful when we needed plates for our bbq dinner, supplied us with plenty of wood when we wanted a bonfire. We had a great view of the river and sunset while grilling outside and sitting by the fire. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the beautiful views! Thank you again for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Not having a room with a water front view, they have them, they just were not available for our stay.

The hotel is located on the Saint Lawrence River. The room was nice and clean.

Loved the river behind the property.The coffee was very good. Nice size rooms.

The pipe under the sink was leaking every time you use the sink.No possibility to use the laptop plugged in unless you unplug a light. No charging station at the bed for the phone either.

Good location, ample size of the room, wifi-works, comfortable beds, really nice and helpful staff, reasonably priced.

The hotel looks really outdated and could use some renovations and update of the furnishings. There’s a thermostat that didn’t do anything (because they probably removed/disconnected the unit but didn’t bother to remove the thermostat) and not enough electric plugs are two signs of how old this hotel is and in need of renovations. Another obvious sign is the curtain, which have holes on it so people could actually peek inside especially at night when the lights are on. This is terrible as it invade our sense of privacy as guest and management need to be aware on this kind of things.

Price and location.

The check in office is 5 minutes away from the hotel and Booking.con did not let me know. I arrived in the middle of a snow day. Very disappointed.
