The juccussi was amazing

It was very dirty. They had no breakfast. My sheets were inside out. M ugh disabled sister couldn't get out the the juccussi. There was also no cell service in my room.

Had a room on the waterfront, beautiful view, little disappointed there were no boats on river but that¿s not their fault!

Room was very dark , I had to go around turning in the lights so I could see! Even pulled drapes back. But was a nice large room. Loved it had microwave, coffee maker ,refrigerator Still hoping they will call me back about left behind item

The views and the breakfast were amazing . The ability to have my dog with me gave me a piece of mind for my next trip.

I was supposed to be getting free breakfast with my stay and I didn't get breakfast.

Everything was good that this hotel.. Pool was very nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

The room and bathroom was super clean. Continental breakfast was great and there was plenty to go around! Ladies at the front desk were cheerful and willing to answer questions about the area. Excellent location with access right to the river.

I liked the staff and the Saturday am breakfast.

The Sunday "cook to order" left a bit to be desired. The French toast I had looked and tasted like it was left over....

Probably, the neighborhood was very safe, so this was not so serious problem, but I felt worried a bit because one of the windows in the shower room was not locked.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast was good. The room exactly perfect for our needs.

There was no breakfast the person above us kept moving things woke us up we got into an argument about it then when we went to get clean towels a worker asked us to keep it down because he is living in the hotel right next to us when we r paying 200 a night

Location was excellent--beautiful view! The efficiency townhouse was perfect--clean, lots of room, and the beds were super comfy! Our TV was not working and staff came to our room to fix for us.

Could have been shoveled better with salt put down since it was so cold and icy. We were disappointed that the included breakfast was not available; we found out after we went to eat and had to inquire at the front desk about it.
