The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service was good.
A great, quiet motel. Everything worked, it was quiet, clean, and the staff was helpful. There was also a great free map of the Niagara Falls area that was quite useful.

Cons -

The pool was not open but understandable as it is outdoor and it rained 2 out of the 3 days of my visit. The room was on the small side but again was ok as we did not spend much time in it.
Some of the rooms smelled like smoke There wasn't many channels to choose from on the TV.
The TV had a limited selection of channels, but this was a minor factor in our time there.

Location

The room/bathroom are so small that my mother could not get her walker into the bathroom. We carry a stool for her when we travel, and she couldn't even get the stool into the bathroom.Light fixtures were covered in dust. All in all,not worth $----/night

Hotel location is good, 25min drive to Niagara falls. Rooms are also ok and staff is very supportive and allow me late check-in around 11.30PM. I t's good budget hotel.

It was very close to my mother which was the reason we came to NY for the weekend.

First day they refilled the coffee and cleaned out the garbage. From day 2, they did absolutely nothing!

Nothing except the location

The room was not clean moreover the hotel stuffs were not friendly at all

Location was good. Room was clean. Tv was updated and had Fridge Close to stores and malls

WIFI only worked once after that could never connect. They need to put a extender on wifi. I was room 2 50 feet from office still kept dropping wifi signal

Much nicer than expected, definitely worth the money. Very friendly staff, all of room amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker...) worked and were very clean. Comfortable room.

No complaints.

Room is really big!

I arrived at 1 pm which is not a good time. And there's no staff. I have to wait in my car until 3 to check in.
