- Proximity to the falls
- Was very surprised how nice it was for the price. Very clean, updated, very comfortable bed with great bedding. Front desk staff member was so incredibly nice and went into detail recommending things to do in the surrounding area.

Cons -
- Not enough restaurant near by and had sissues with noise from the room next door
- We were not told this hotel had a $10.80 parking fee. We were told breakfast was included which it was not. Our daughter found a needle on the floor by the bed. The air conditioner in the room didn?t work. It was 80� inside
- The houses surrounding the area are questionable and there¿s deserted factories on the street.
