Good location, friendly personal

Substandard Holiday Inn. 15 floor only two elevators. Sometimes you wait forever. “King size” bed is not a true king size. 6’ at best Breakfast is completely overrun all hours. It’s just way to small

Great location for all of New York. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was always a good selection. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Size of the breakfast room is not good for the amount of people staying at the hotel.

1. Location - It's nice that it's close to Times Square and train stations, but not too busy to be overwhelmed enough.2. Daily cleaning - It's seldom to find a hotel that have daily cleaning services; and, it's one of the few things I appreciate the most.3. Friendly staff - Staff are amicable and very helpful.4. Breakfast/ Coffee and afternoon snacks - One of my must haves to avoid going out on an empty stomach is breakfast. It's nice that while there are limited selection, there's breakfast; and to add to that, there are free coffee 24/7 and there are cookies at the afternoon.

1. Small space - Given that it's NY, the room is smaller compared to other hotels in the country (i.e., Same hotel group in Philly)2. Limited counterspace in the bathroom - It's not too much of a downside, but would have appreciated more counterspace3. Limited seating in the breakfast area - If you are quite a late morning person, you'll get cramped. Not a problem for us since we eat breakfast at 630AM, but it's a different story if you get breakfast at around 9AM.4. Smaller beds - The room was "double bed", good for max of 4 pax, but the beds wont qualify as "double beds"? I think those are "semi-double beds".

Clean rooms

The rooms were clean.

I was charged for a silent alert that went off indicating smoking or vaping. It occurred once but we are not smokers or vape users. We mentioned it was hair ironing product that produces steam and heat but the manager didn't care so I essentially paid $250 for a faulty alarm system that I had no idea existed otherwise we would've called someone in to check.

Position, cleanness, and variety of breakfast food.

Room was small and at the ground level with some noise from the hall. The breakfast room is definitely too small.

Very good location. Coffee and tea available all the time. Good breakfast.

Good location, clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast, gets crowded but manageable.

2 elevators, which everyone has mentioned, are totally inadequate for the hotel.
