Location is great. Near restaurants and close enough to walk to Penn Station, Bryant Park, Hudson Yards shopping mall.Clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Large, comfortable room, good location for my needs.
The shower was so disappointing- you know when you just want a steaming hot shower with a decent pressure and instead you get a warm, weak sprinkle?

The location is very good.
The truth is, we're quite disappointed with the hotel. We had a few issues. The coffee maker didn't work, and in the afternoon/evening, the shower didn't have hot water (it came out lukewarm). We complained, but it wasn't resolved. On the other hand, we requested housekeeping every day and stayed four nights, but they only came once. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Have to be very careful not to make wrong turn into Lincoln tunnel which will lead you to the other side.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom was very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable for me. I appreciated the location and overall value
I think the A/C was a bit loud. The front desk staff were great, friendly and helpful. I did ask for a coffee in the ground level restaurant and they charged me $5 for it. I just wanted one to go.

Location, size and design of the room and cleanliness.
Pillows and mattress could be better. A bit noisy because of not so well made window choice and isolation, I assume. Summer could get loud when the AC in the room is on.

Very welcoming personnel at the reception. They offered me a room on a high level and it was quiet. The location is very good, around 20 minutes to Times Square on foot, but much more peaceful.
The room was a bit small, but I stayed just one night, so it worked for me.
