Location. Room cleanliness.
Reception Staff. Nobody was present at check in. No smiles or greetings anytime. F&B service less than decent.

Location and the premises, also the bars and the restaurant. A splendid modest and functional luxury. Most wonderful views considering the location. Very good breakfast.

The location Was great, the service great! Always clean and shiny!
The bedroom was rundown, and the toilet, shower, and sink were inside the room with only an unpleasant curtain separating them. Even the faucet was installed backwards. There was zero attention to detail. It was extremely uncomfortable and significantly ruined my experience. And on top of that, it was absolutely not worth the extremely high price I paid for an upgrade to a higher floor. I will not be returning there!

Top location, amazing staff, clean and tidy room, gym was good, restaurant and bar too. Everyone reliable and friendly. Subway in 10 meters.
A bit noisy at night but my room was overlooking Times Square. It didn’t affect my sleep anyway.

Great location, friendly staff and very clean. We had a great time in the edition. The restaurant for breakfast was great.
Could do with better black out blinds, as the windows let a lot of light in and being on timesquare, it's very bright at night.

An amazing hotel. Great location to be right in the lights and sounds of Times Square. Really nice facilities. Very clean. Helpful polite front of house.
Lots of hidden costs for 6 different taxes per night, that were not pointed out until checking out.
