- Location
- Proximity to Times Square.
- The staff, location, and breakfast were all excellent. We will definitely stay there again.
Cons -
- The shower floods the bathroom.
- I paid for an upgrade, room with a city view. What I got was the same view of the backs of other bldgs that I get with every other NYC hotel. Under construction everywhere.
- Someone else fraudulently used my credit card
