The location and how quiet the rooms were

For a five star hotel it was incomprehensible how there were red stains in the carpet of our room. Not only that there was a big brown/black stain on the curtain of the bathroom - I don’t even want to know what that was! It was clear the room was cleaned by housekeeping, they just were not able to get these stains out. Also we only got housekeeping services one day and not the second. In a hotel if this caliber you would expect them to come back after you leave and clean the room. We were not the only guests with complains about stains. In the elevator we met people with the same complaint.

Room and bed is nice and comfortable Location is great

Not worth $700 a night and $55pp for a basic continental breakfast. See pics below to see what I had to look at for 4 nights.

Sound proofed rooms were very quiet. Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Location is perfect right next to Times Square!

The room was very spacious and clean. Great bathroom - everything looks new and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location - depends what you prefer. Its Times Square. But we would prefer smth more quite

The facade of the building is in the middle of renovation works . It was covered with scaffolding from the top to the bottom. So , there was not the ambiance of the iconic landmark. I think this is something the hotel should mention before the booking

We had a corner king suite which was nice in size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom with shower was nice. View on Times Square and 42nd street was nice. Hotel restaurant is very nice.

Upon arrival in the room, my wife reached into a used amenity kit with a used cuetip and used tissue inside. It was just closed and put back on the bathroom. The sofa in the room was stained. The automatic blinds worked the first night but in the morning one broke down and a technician had to come into the room. We went out afterwards to entire day only to find our room not serviced. Even the breakfast cart was still in the room. After calling the front desk and asking if they could take care of it, we went out for dinner. When coming back to the room, nothing was done. I went to the front desk but they said it was too late now to service the room. I got a few bottles of water in stead. Not a 5 star experience imho.

The hotel was wonderful. Clean with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The rooftop lounge was an added bonus.

Location was incredible. Rooms spacious and cleaned daily to a very good standard.

Little aspects were disappointing. You’re meant to get fresh water bottles everyday, this didn’t happen for us and when it did the glasses disappeared. Our blind was faulty in the room, when I reported it and returned 12 hours later it still hadn’t been fixed.
