The hotel is beautiful , room was very clean and quiet. Lobby bar was closed , would of been nice area to have a drink and relax

Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable
Rooms were run down. Issues with heating which they did sort however it's very noisy when you want sleep. Room cleanliness was questionable

Location was fantastic, only a block away from Times Square. We were able to leave our suitcases late into the evening. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable.
The hotel have stepped back and are literally room only. What looks like a lovely bar area is no longer used and there is no food available, not the end of the world as you have an abundance of choice within a short distance.
