Pros +
- The location was close to the events that I was in town to attend. The room rate was good compared to the other hotels in town.
- The staff was very nice
- The lady behind the counter readily changed our room.
Cons -
- The hotel is old and in disrepair. The bathtub was Avacado green. It had been painted with "bathtub paint" that had mostly peeled off. The toilet seat was loose. the room was in need of a much needed renovation.
- Very dirty. Pace looked very lived in. Changed rooms because the first room had a very noticeable smell plof pot. The second room, I saw roaches and hair everywhere. Was afraid to sleep under the covers or take shoes off or touch anything. Very dirty
- If you put the 100 deposit on credit card..the hotel says that it's up to my bank but bank says hotel hasn't released hold yet and they removed amenities from rooms without updating site of changes
