Fairfield Inn Medford Long Island

I booked this hotel for me and my newborn. They put us on top floor and elevator was broken our entire stay (everyday they said it was getting fixed). I asked if they could provide a room for us on a lower level but they were unable to do so.

Hotel was nice just noisy from the construction. Great breakfast.

It was under construction and had no closets in the rooms.

Staff approach you with such hospitality. They are very courteous, polite, and helpful. Bed is so comfortable.

The fraudulent activities carried out by the hotel staff. Hotel made fraudulent charges on my credit card. Took a whole month and 4 trips back to the hotel to have the charges refunded. Would never stay here or at another Fairfield again.

Location and price, I have stayed their before.

Their was a family a floor above me with childfree that were running around and jumping. Not the hotels faulet.

Horrible staff, horrible customer service. Hotel made unauthorized charges on my account and refused to reimburse the funds. As I was trying to have my issue resolved other customers were experiencing the same issues. Worst experience ever!

Staff were extremely courteous. I had called to inquire about an early check-in, as we were in the area to attend a funeral. On the day of arrival, front desk staff greeted us with condolences, and even provided a goody bag with a personalized note.

1.Shampoo too small -- leave 2 I ran out second day shower. 2. 11 am checkout--I needed 12 noon checkout but associate said he would have to charge me $20.00 for the extra hour. 3. Spa not open.

Didn't like the fact I had to ask the front desk for utensils everytime I needed something whether it was sugar, a straw, etc. Security will knock on your door to lower your television even when it's at a level 14 although the ac units are louder.

The front desk staff was always kind and so accommodating. Even though I was leaving early there were breakfast items to grab and go. So nice of them. The airport shuttle was an added bonus that was greatly appreciated. Every employee ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

Not their fault but I miss the full breakfast and the amenities are limited. Can¿t wait to get this COVID and all of its restrictions behind us.
