Everything was perfect

The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean.

We had a two foot rip in the sheer curtains, the wall paper was peeling off every wall and it smelled musty. Will not stay here again.

I felt at home. The staff were welcoming daily.

The carpet and having to give a credit card for potential damages when the room was not pristine.

Clean room. My kids were comfortable

The room had a constant MUSTY smell to it & there was water damage on the ceilings of the sleeping area & the bathroom. The closet had a STRONG smell of water so we couldn't use it. It appeared that it is being used as a shelter hotel. WON'T STAY AGAIN.

The location is ideal for our needs. We have stayed at this Comfort Inn in the past. This was our first trip back since covid began and found it to be the same clean and friendly place that we remembered it to be.

Comfortable mattress and pillows. AC. Worked. Shower great. Excellent breakfast

It was easy to find. The room was clean and housekeeping came in every day. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was okay basic choices but better than some hotels.

We stayed here before and found the accommodations to be more than adequate. The location is perfect for our needs. The coffee and breakfast were appreciated.

This stay was less than enjoyable due to NO hot water during showers in February in New York! Very uncomfortable! The key mechanisms were short on battery life and it took several attempts each time to enter the building from the side door and our room.

The location was good for my visiting needs

They charged 100.00 for security and said it was going to be a week -10 days till I get it back also couldn¿t connect to Wi-Fi on my laptop ¿¿

Over all Very Good! Nice reception and Staf.We have a nuce Room at first floor.The breakfast was excellent.

Very clean. Had trouble with TV, staff member came up right away to reset it.

Free breakfast was great but wish they offered it longer. We came down after 9 and it was closed. It we were able to get coffee.
