Hampton Inn Lockport

The rooms were very clean and upscale, breakfast was very good and the hotel staff were very courteous.

Hotel employee with reservations was very kind and helpful.

Wrong location

I stayed at this hotel many times, but unfortunatley this time the room had a bathtub rather than walk in shower, which was very dificult for my wife to use.

Dirty. Mold in shower, noise from traffic,noise from other guests, especially overhead.

We were totally impressed with this hotel. When we walked in we got the impression that it was a brand new hotel. Spotless and very well taken care of. Staff was welcoming and very informative about the facility.

The shower wasn't clean. There were long bleach hairs in the shower. Not mine.

As a formal hotel cleaner,I know what is important to make a stay top notch. I felt they met all those needs and we felt safe and cozy during our stay.

We did not like the bathroom sliding doors. They offer very little privacy. We would prefer a door that seals shut and locks.

Staff was great. The room was clean and good size. Housekeeping was on point. Great experience ! Definitely will stay there next trip!

Very clean, spacious lobby, comfortable bed, big and bright bathroom. Hot breakfast available. Staff very helpful. This was our favorite hotel out of the 5?we stayed in while traveling.

Location & staff

inconsistent breakfast options & no restocking (out of multiple items & OJ for consecutive days); hotel was not prepared to accommodate volume; beds & pillows were extremely uncomfortable; inconsistency in follow through from staff with managing guests.

The pool was great and the breakfast choices were amazing. Maintenance team also was great, quick, attentive, and handy.

Front desk staff is rude, beyond rude. I was yelled at twice by the staff, and when I tried to speak to another staff member about it I was told I was lying! ¿Well I don¿t believe that, I just don¿t ¿.

The toilet was broken and I had to relocate rooms at 1030 at night

The staff was wonderful!

The bathroom door fell off the track and onto my 4 yoa head! This should have never happened. Very dangerous! The pool walls were filthy and people have been writing their names in the grime. There was a ton of hair in the gutter around the pool deck.

Very clean Room and confortable beds. Customer service was a plus

General location. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Housekeeping was weak. Stayed 6 nights. Room floor never vacuumed and bathroom floor never cleaned. Never dusted.

I authorized a $25 hold on my account and they turned around and charged my card $75 per month.

Very clean and inviting. Only problem we had was the hot water was gone when we went to shower in the pm but it was working in the morning

Front desk staff was often aloof and stand-offish
