The room was clean and neat.

Hard to take a shower the curtain rod was screwed up. The fan in the bathroom which come on when you turned the light on was very, very noisy. Used a light flashlight at night was afraid to wake up my husband...

Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly

I got double charged but I don?t know if it was my bank or not. And still haven?t received refund.

Location

Door to bedroom was broken kept getting stuck. Side door by steps downstairs was unlocked at all times and or propped open all night. Guy at the desk did not want to help with anything.

Not much good to say about this hotel

No locking oustside doors, terrible staff, the 1st room we were given had a non registered guest staying in it, when confronted, he ran out the back of the hotel, the 2nd room had a bad window latch that did not lock and smelled funny, never again

Not clean, overcrowded breakfast, rude staff.

It was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. One man told us about things tk see there. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was decent. Nice checkout time. Did not rush us.

The shower had almost no pressure. Took a long time to rinse hair and body off.

The entire hotel is full of smoking smell, including our non-smoking room. Moreover, breakfast doesn't include any protein!

Staff inadequate over 15 minute wait for someone to even come to the desk. Couldn¿t even get into room, appeared to locked from inside, would not open even when pushed with body weight against it. Hotel appeared to be shady felt unsafe being there

Disgusting. The room was absolutely disgusting there were birds flying in our room and when we complained they offered us nothing.

The hotel was disgusting. Unclean. Not up to firecode and made us sick.

only light in bathroom was with loud fan some upgrades are needed..rooms are worn no cleaning of room in between check in/out Best Western next door a nicer option

Was to have a grab and go breakfast was never put out and room not that clean, lights didn't work

The price on my first of a 2 night stay seemed reasonable for location.

Unfriendly staff. Too pricey for location and condition of hotel. AC leaked, saturating carpet & created a smell. Staff only offered air freshener spray. Paint in bathroom peeling and missing. Outlets come out of wall. 1 outlet an bedside lamp didn¿t work

The area/location was perfect

The room was FILTHY, smelly, and hold mold growing on the carpets & side of the bed. The curtains were dirty and has cigarette burn holes in them. The bathroom was disgusting and towels had brunette hair all on them. The hotel did nothing about it.

There was cracks in ceiling. Door jam bent like broken into. Doors falling off hinges. Shower curtain rod falling so curtain wouldnt stay shut. Adjoining door was not locked when we went in and then had trouble getting it to lock. Lighting was not good.

We were given a handicap accessible room with one double bed instead of the queen that we requested. Handicap accessible room was not necessary

The hotel was near where I wanted to be. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the room was poor. An overhead light source of some sort would have been nice.

The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was okay.. the room was clean but had a musty smell..

The staff were nice and the location was convenient to stores and restaurants. Overall room was what expected far as the price and reviews before booking.

Weren't warned that this is an old hotel and we had to carry our luggage to the second floor TV - did not have access to major channels. Very little selection Refrigerator -- was running, just not working Ok to stay there -- but -- that's it

The location and price. This would be the best model for people visiting Lockport or the Niagara Falls regarding it's price and location. There are a lot of shops near the hotel. The Transit street is the main street (North to South) and to the airport.
