People and good height toilets!!

Breakfast very late...8 start time and ridiculously low table between beds...useless and poor bed lighting for reading and no chair

The light feature was broken. The refrigerator is not working.

Icy parking lot not large enough for all of guest's cars

The pool was not working. The room needs repair. The sink and vanity looked like it was falling out of the wall. Parts of it were broken off. Front desk needs more customer service training. Key card stops working 5 min before checkout.

Location was walking distance from Mirror lake.

Room was not clean. Empty bucket and garbage infront of our window. We were shocked to see that and decided to keep the curtains closed for the duration of our stay. Room gave a suffocating feeling with the dark decors. Avoid rooms in the U area

Great location. Walkable to center of town. Hotel employee and staff were terrific. Very friendly.

Location of the hotel is great.Reception hall has a nice view of Mirror Lake and complimentary coffee and sweets in the morning.Special thanks  at the front desk for their help and trying to make our stay more comfortable.

Service is horrible To get soap and clean towels were a challenge.Balcony door didn¿t have a handle nor no screen door. 2beds but 1 chair,neither closet space nor a rock with hangers.After rain we had to dry out wet clothes on the door handle or floor.

Hotel had had a water leak and the overall place was worn out. we left after one night.

Location was great! But the hotel desperately needs to be remodeled. first room AC didn¿t work we were given another room. Lake view nice but wasn¿t cleaned really good. The prior people who stayed in the room left things in refrigerator

Not clean bathroom was dirty I was afraid to take a shower wore my shoes to bed. Found a contact and hair on the floor disgusting

Leaving

Staff was rude or non existent. Put us in a room where outside construction was loud and visable. Access to hotel was bad. Water was off. No hot water.

good enough location

small, dim rooms; dirty hallways; mediocre coffee in the lobby that's only available until it runs out; sad swimming pool; crappy exercise room.

Older building, shows its ware. It was clean, room size was large and meet our needs. Staff was excellent!
