- Right in the center of town.
- Nice room with a separate living area. Located right in the main section of Lake Placid.

- Only parking was valet.
- Very little hot water for showers
- The breakfast was a little pricey and the lobby coffee was a little bitter and burnt tasting? (good coffee in the room and in the cafe). I ran out of room in the previous box: we loved the hotel- everything was fantastic and we'll be back!
