Quiet, clean, comfortable

Just needs a few more dietary options for breakfast but, overall, pretty good since it's included in the price of your stay

Location. Comfortable bed. Check in gal very nice.

A/C Fan loud! Room next door sounded like a helicopter landing!! Hairs on shower wall… not ours. Terrible pillows. Bug crawling across ceiling. No one at desk when leaving. Could hear them in room behind desk but didn’t come out when saying HELLO??

The jacuzzi and swimming pool were clean, and I liked the food.

I selected a King Room with 551 sq ft, but the hotel provided a 270 sq ft room. I'm unsure whether I made a mistake in selecting the King Room or if the hotel made an error. It's a bit disappointing. However, everything else was great.

Be prepared to walk to through the smoking section every time you go through the front door! Horrible! Everything about my room was run down. For the price...so not worth it. The bar was open so I guess that's cool.

Very dirty. Had leftovers in the fridge, so had my room changed and the bathroom was discussing toilet set dirty and found a bug on the table. I would never stay again.

The breakfast and coffee service. Location was perfect for our trip.

Hot tub was not functioning correctly and was not hot and continued to turn on and off. There was broke glass pieces in back of hotel next to fire pit. I notified the desk staff on both issues.

The double queen suite we stayed at is very large, and we had a good stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Our room was great, except for the slow draining sink! Room 209. They did attempt to fix it, it was slightly better afterwards. Really liked the fire pit in the back.

Our room sink! The breakfast was missing fruit. They only offered bananas. Also as a rewards member, I would have thought they would offer a bottle of water when checking in.

I liked how close it was to the concert venue/lake/town. I liked how there was a bar and a pool even, though we didn't have time to use either.

Breakfast, clean ( but cold) pool, clean hot tub and fire pit. Close proximity to all tourist traps.

1. Room was never dusted anywhere. Dusted myself. 2. Pet friendly. I love dogs but dont want to share a hotel with them. Not up to my expectations for a Hampton Inn. King size mattress on a queen support made the edges sag.

Excellent buffet breakfast! 24 hour access to coffee is AWESOME (please bring back the flavored creamers!!) Great location to walk to local eateries as well. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing!

We asked housekeeping to come clean once during our stay but they didn't vacuum the carpet even after asking to do it the next day. BTW We kept our beds made, room and bathroom clean and organized so there wasn't much to do just vacuum.

Not as clean as we¿d like. Complimentary drink station in the lobby was out of water

The location is excellent; just off the road up a short driveway, only a 5 minute walk to stores and food but away from road noise.

The amount of room we had for my mom, myself and 4 kids. We were able to all stay in one room without breaking the bank and we had plenty of room where as didnt feel like we were on top of each other

Because of the pandemic our room couldn't be cleaned daily. Completely understandable however no one every checked to see if we could use fresh towels, more toilet paper etc. We had to keep asking and there was no blanket for the pull out couch.
