Decent in room amenities, larger room. Not next to a noisy highway. Nice professional staff.

Decent in room amenities but public hotel areas need some renovation (stains on walls/doors, scratches, stained carpets). Basic breakfast, not the best but something to put in stomach. Some sketchier guests arguing in my hallway.

Staff are very friendly on midnights

Pool area was not completely available and the floor around the pool was dirty. Wall paper in room 124 was peeling and cob webs in shower.

Took the front desk clerk quite a while to come from the back i had to call front desk to get her attention

Rank odor-back stairwell smelled so bad I had to hold my breath. Our room also smelled horrible. Unsafe feel - Key card re-keyed multiple times-worked on door across the hall but not our room-Scary! No bathroom for pool area. Lobby okay.

When I first walked in the room, the fridge was open and a part of the fridge was left on the floor. There was a big towel inside the fridge.

We love Clarion of 12804!! Exceptionally friendly and courteous staff as well as very attentive staff and very clean and well kept throughout the premises.

The Hotel is receiving very near future modern updates. So a little different for time being ..

Wow this was a great time were the sunshine to our trip! The pool and hot tub were great, and we also liked the rooms.

Always love the rooms at the Clarion ! Always on point and up to specific needs and hygiene practices. Staff is great and friendly here as well!

Bed unit needs to be replaced - mattress saggy and frame squeaked. 2 story w/o elevator. Ice and vending machine out of order. Front desk person -- never said please when asking for ID and card.

Room was dirty bathroom floor was litterly black and had dirty soap from others prior in the tub

I was charged twice for the one hotel room. Never received a receipt so that I could check if I was double charged.

TV channels were missing the entire trip. First two night I only had 29 channels (NO ESPN),I complained, they reset the TV Friday night & I came back to the room with ZERO channels. Finally the morning I check out some channels worked.
