the bathroom floor was black stain and dirty. The grout was rotten. at one point had no cold water so hot could not wash hands and face.

Wi-Fi was the worst I have ever encountered. Room was very damp and had a moldy smell. No laundry room. And no towels supplied for the pool area.

The location

It was filthy and very outdated. The floor was wet and really dirty. There was hair in the tub. There was dust in the baseboards and corners. We had to buy coffee. The neighbors were so loud and hogged all the outdoor space.

The location is incredible. Right on the lake, with a nice beach area. Close to the downtown tourist area- about a 6 min drive to get to Million Dollar Beach. There¿s a pool and lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful view. The room was clean.

The building is OLD. It almost felt like the hotel was a ¿flip¿ where everything had a fresh coat of paint slapped on it, but ignored structural issues. It shows it¿s age. Steep staircases down to the lakefront area.

The hotel was clean and well located. Not too far from the town. Our room had the beachside view. It was nice to see the lake so close from our window. Susan at the front desk was very helpful in allowing us to check in late at night on Thursday ¿¿

The bathroom was kind of small. Shower and toilet could get some update.

Staff was working hard and did nice job cleaning room - 4 day stay. the view of the lake was very nice - each room has a small balcony and sideways broad view of the lake. the pool was nice. many people enjoyed using the grills to cook out.

the property is on a hill. I would not recommend it for people who aren't able to negotiate steps and a hill easily. unfortunately they told me there was a massive flood/rain event that washed away large portions of the grounds.

The view for the "lake view" room we had was excellent. The motel is close to town.

The walls are thin, so we heard a lot of noise and conversation from our neighbors.

I loved the view of the lake, swimming in both the pool and lake (private beach), kayaking and the whole property. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The location of this hotel was very good. Being right on the lake had great views and great access to spend the whole day there.

The rooms had vinyl flooring and were definitely not cleaned, I had to clean myself and they were filthy, and sand in the corners and crevices Bathrooms are small and old, caulk had pink mold and was coming off.

Good staff. Had to postpone reservation by 24 hours at the last minute. Staff took care of it by phone swiftly and kindly.
