Quiet and clean

When you go in the hotel it smells really bad. The shower I couldn’t find how turn it on when you call front desk nobody answer

Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Room had decent layout and seemed clean. Bathroom was spacious.

Hair dryer (bolted to wall) didn¿t work & was never fixed despite 3 requests, 2 assuring me that it would be fixed and 1 directing me to another room. No hot water, and a staff response of ¿ok?¿ Other room had none either so I took a cold shower.

The toenails left for me in bathtub /shower were lovely -lol . & the location in Jackson Heights really was great .

Did not enjoy toenails in bathroom , many holes in sheets , stains on ceiling & walls or black stuff on bathtub . Orig. room did not have anywhere to hang my suit ! Wake up call arranged never happened . Slightly better than a homeless shelter .

Door man and front desk were super rude . I was accused of doing prostitution in the hotel by the doorman supported by the front desk as well only because couple of my friends came upstairs to my room for 15 minutes during the day “not at night” . We had to called the police because of this incident , the front desk which his name was APE and the doorman who’s name was Peter did not wanted to let me go upstairs to my room at night when I came back to the hotel . The police came and clarified those false accusations and then I could finally go up to my room and sleep for 2 hours only before my check out . I paid 538$ for 2 night at this hotel in queens that was actually dirty there was hair in the shower and the floor of the bathroom was not clean either . The ice machine downstairs was out of service and front desk and doorman were rude . The stay at this hotel was a nightmare !! I would not recommend it . False accusations is a crime !!!

Location; constant noise all night by the train passing through the nearby line, by people honking and shouting during the late hours at night; not to forget to people bringing in prostitutes to the room and making noise all night!!!!

The toilet button doesn't work well, there's no door in the shower, there's no shower gel in the shower, the shower doesn't work in the bathroom, the cleanliness in the shower is poor

There was no refrigerator in our room, for the price there should at least be a fridge

The metro is close to the hotel so you can hear it during night and days

We had requested a quiet room, it was so quiet we slept very well. Very clean

The reviews were mixed trending to the bad side and I had very low expectations but the room was clean for the most part (there was some women hair on the restroom floor) and very comfortable. View from the seventh floor was pretty good. The bathtub shower wasn’t working and that’s why I don’t give it a better rating. The hotel does the job and you get what you pay for. I’d stay there again if traveling solo, I wouldn’t take my wife and kids.

Price was too high for the one day stay, and rooms were too small, no closet where I stayed!

Good value! Price was good for the offerings + location. Right next to a train line and within walking distance of anything you need, especially good food.

The bathroom hadn't been fully cleaned, there was hair in the shower. The vending machine in the lobby took our money without dispensing our drink.
