the room was super clean, the bed was so comfortable. Situated right where we wanted to be, near to sights and restaurants. Excellent trip.

Refrigerator made a noise that kept me up the first night. We shut if off upon figuring out what made the noise.

Not as clean or well maintained as I would have liked to see.

Beyond the stench, I asked for a refund. The desk clerk INSISTED we look at two other rooms. They were all the same, of course.

As soon as we walked in the lobby, we should have turned around and left. The lobby was hotter than the outdoor temp. Once we got in our room, it reeked of stale smoke, wet dog and mold. The bathroom was dirty and just Overall ICK.

Noisy guests especially the inconsiderates ones that were in the rooms across from me they were slamming their room doors consistently for about 30 mins or more in the wee hours of the morning which prevented me from getting a restful sleep.

This was the most affordable option in Hyde Park. It was quiet. The shower was powerful. The breakfast offered a variety of options.

My room was small, barely larger than the furniture in it.

the room smelled funny. Breakfast was not good. Coffee was weak, eggs & sausage were cold, orange juice was water down.

The hotel was clean and the staff I interacted with was very pleasant.

I think the parking lot was a bit small and the noise from other rooms was a bit too loud

This is my fourth time staying at this location and all I can say is that the staff is always welcoming and friendly. I also got my old room back. I love the location of this hotel and it is in a quaint and quiet location near to FDR Museum and shopping.

The quiet and quaint area that it was located in. The ease of visiting FDR musuem or shopping if needs be. I like the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. I liked the complimentary breakfast.

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel and I was disappointed that I didnt get my old room back, but next time I will definitely request it again. Bathroom tiles on the floor was lifting up. The bathroom area is smaller and I didnt like the shower head.

It was basic but not bad at all. I wasn't expecting mych so exceeded my expectation.

the stair case was very dirty, not vacuumed and there were two guests screamining profanity, I heard them in the night.

I was unable to sleep two night s in a row. even though i requested a different room, and complianed 4 times. THEY DID NOTHING!! I have still not recvd any follow up or consideration from the Hotel. THE GET A BIG FAT 000!!! this place doesnt care !!!!

I like that it is hidden in plain sight. The staff are courteous. I like that they provide complimentary breakfast. This is my second time this year staying at this hotel and I actually got back my old room. I will definitely be staying there again.

The only thing that I didn't like is that some of the plugs/sockets over the night table were too loose in that when I plugged my phone charger in, it falls out because the sockets are loose.

parking lot lighting was poor and non existent in the back not much space to walk between wall and dresser to get to the bed coffee machine not working so they had one regular sized pot going and it wasn't enough for the number of people wanting coffee

The hotel is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff is pleasant. Service i better than one would expect at this star level
