Hotel Pergola Jamaica JFK

The tub was dirty and broken down wood and just really old needs some construction done to the place and also needs a lot of dining the main floor is OK but not the room and the one my son stayed in was even worse.

Bathroom door was locked. Room floors were dirty and the smell was horrible. Couldn?t stay for too long

If I could give this hotel a 0 rating I would. There were people hanging out in the entrance and the hallways. The hotel smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke as soon as you entered the hotel. The blanket use to make up the bed had blood stains

Roaches on curtains and on the bed. Being charged for spending the night when i checked out after 5mins of arrival. Company is refusing to refund me.

The smell, the people in the hallways hanging out, cigarette burns in the bed cover, the place was disgusting. Someone knocking at my door at 1am then wasn?t visible through the peephole

I have a bad experience with the hotel staff. first it was not what I expected a room with 2 beds no chair, no sofa, no table, no microwave, no iron and board no phone it was not clean the drapes were dirty. The staff was not nice there was a mistake by

hotel employee instead of reserved a room with 2 beds he brooked a room with 1 bed, and it was a queen bed for 3 adults, and I insisted to have 2 beds in the room he told me yes, he did w to the fac was surprised and shocked by his manipulation. $--- I end payin

I requested a non smoking room. It was not. They moved me to another non smoking rm & that was not. The entire hotel smell like one big ash tray.

Nothing. My family and I could not stayed there. We checked out the hotel the same evening due to the smell of the hotel. It smelled of cigarette and marijuana and with my health issues it was not safe for me to stay there.

There was a man beating on my room door at 3 am. I went to front desk they asked what did I want them to do. They finally came upstairs to the floor I was on located the guy and found 4 people in a vacant closet doing drugs. I came with my three children.
