Hampton Inn Buffalo/Hamburg

Parking was limited and the walk to the side doors were not shoveled and salted. Made it difficult to walk and very hard to wheel suitcase

Thin walls. Heard all noise from floor above and to the sides of our room

The room was very aesthetically pleasing. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again in future. Our beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was excellent. front deskwas absolutely awesome!!

We found old food in the fridge from the previous people which means the room wasn't cleaned properly. The floor in the pool area was dirty and smelled like smoke. The hotel can definitely benefit from more cleaning. Not bad overall though.

Met all the standards of the Hampton Inn, except for the breakfast.

Poorest breakfast ever. Biscuits one day; never again. Three containers of grape jam; no other. Bananas were overripe. No honey for biscuits Unappealing eggs and meat. Good coffee.

Super clean and newer compared to the other hotels in the area. The beds were super soft, memory foam, as well as the pillows. I like the attached bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the wall of the shower. No fumbling. Great breakfast.

Dance moms eating chicken wings in the pool. It was gross. The temperature in my room was set to 51 degrees and freezing when I walked in, but after setting the thermostat to 74 heat it warned up fast.

Great coffee 24/7, clean room, and quiet.

The staff, rooms, and cleanliness were excellent.

The noise level in the middle of the night was incredible. I was awake until two in the morning due to so much noise. Sounded like construction going on although I knew there wasn¿t.

The lack of privacy in the bathroom. Not sure what purpose the doors were for. Just slid with no lock and could see right in.

If was clean The fire alarm went off at midnight and the hotel just shrugged it off, No biggy. Ruined my trip and the whole reason I got a hotel (to rest before a big day). I couldn¿t sleep for hours after. I regret staying here

I had a 12 hr workday the next day & drove from 5 hours away to get a good nights rest. I get into a deep sleep after the hotel/airportnoise & at midnight I wake to the most frightening bright lights flashing & loudest alarm. False alarm, my night ruined

Very clean, very new or renovated.

The room deodorizer was a bit string but not as bad as some other hotels that I have visited.
