they never cleaned room on a 6 day stay. the hotel was being remodeled so dirt and smells, plus the owners living there so cooking smells

Stinky and dirty…stains all over the ceiling

Room was in poor condition for the price. Very disappointed! No sink drain plug, toilet seat moved side to side, desk chair was broken (did not move up or down and right arm was not secured), insert for coffee pot was the wrong one. Etc,

I got first floor. Had no microwave or fridge

No amenities and cold pool with limited access was inconvenient having to keep asking for door unlock.

It was dark, some areas needed refurbishing. Areas in the bathroom where things were done, were not completed, like the shower bar was rehung, but the old holes were not patched and painted? Things like that.

The included breakfast

The front desk staff was unprofessional. They lied about their pool being opened over the phone, there was hair in the shower and used bandages on the tv remote. There was random object left under the bed, it clearly was not cleaned with a high standard.

Location to my travel route

Free breakfast was so crowded, there was no room to sit. Shower had no shelves and only one side of the bed had a night stand.

I like being charged for a reservation that was said to be canceled when I was booking 2 nights instead of one. 2 night was paid/signed at desk at 5pm ,cancele for 1 night was midnight. Absolutely no reason to of not, unless lied to

The staff on duty the night shift when we checked in was very very nice

The morning staff seemed put out when we asked something...the breakfast could hv been better..all the juices tasted funny and staff seemed put off that we expressed concern

Toilet was clogged when I got there. All appliances were unplugged. Staff refused to give me a receipt because I paid with cash.

The cleanliness of the room

Room needs some minor repairs. Breakfast was completely gone 40 minutes before time to end and nobody in sight refilling anything. Coffee was old and nasty. Terrible experience.

Staff was helpful. Complementary breakfast.

Linens/towels all stained. Curtains appeared to have giant spot pattern until realizing they were massive stains. Mirrors appeared to have thick film from cleaner. Opted to wear shoes in room to avoid floor. Staff confirmed rooms not cleaned daily.

Reasonable price and good location. The room was nice too. My son liked the pool as well.

The location is good and when up and running it has a pool. However, that was broken when we stayed. They do take your dogs.

Plenty. They are very expensive for the quality of stay. This hotel has seen better days. Our pets were $20 a day per pet. We had two so this made our overall stay almost --- a night which is NOT worth this hotel.

We were stranded here for three days stuck in the snow storm starting on Dec. 23-26. The room was freezing for the first three hours upon our arrival. The internet barely worked at all for the duration of our stay. The room price increased $-- usd

semi new... Decient breakfast buffet. lots of parking

no microwave..had fridge...ice machine was on main floor and wasn't dispensing ice on our checkout. Noisy;;close to highway

Big room, clean, staff, location

I suggest replacing all the carpet in the rooms and put engineered wood floors and it would be fantastic!
