The location and the connivence of how close everything was to the hotel.

Excluding the night host that checked us in everyone else was very rude. The host that was there during the day was didn¿t seem to want to be bothered. The lady handling the food had an attitude when asking about certain things.

Nothing this was a step above a truck stop. We had to ask the front desk to service the room each day after they didn¿t do it after the first night. The breakfast was waffles and refrigerated sandwiches. The exercise room had no light weights.

For the price I paid, I didn't get enough services. I paid ---$ per night and the breakfast was horrible. The room quality was mediocre.

SHOWER HEAD WAS BASICALLY THE HAND HELD UNIT FASTENED PERMANENTLY,NO SHELF OR SPACE TO PUT TOILETRIES IN THE BATHROOM,CLOTHES RACK MOUNTED SO LOW THAT THE CLOTHES DRAG ON THE FLOOR.VERY MEAGER BREAKFAST ITEMS,WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN.

The room was horrendous. Stained pillows and towels. Mold everywhere. Stains on the walls. Paper thin walls so you hear everything in the next room too clearly. And only one staff person that I could find who was trying her to do her best.

Dirty. Mold on floor of shower, smelled like cigarettes, ants on the floor. I bought incense and candles to calm down the smell.

The room was in good condition and everything worked well. It was also clean. Breakfast, cardio room and pool were nice to have but quite average. There was sufficient parking and rooms were accessed through interior hallways. No allergy triggers or odor.

The staff both check in and out were watching annoying tv programs while serving me. Worst of all, a truck with a very loud refrigeration motor and hazardous materials labeled flammable/explosive was parked just outside my room window. I couldn't sleep.

It was close to Highmark stadium

The bathroom had mold in the tile and ceiling no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor the room smelled of cigarette smoke and wreaked of Marijuana throughout the halls the rug in the room didn't look vacuumed will never stay there again

There was an indoor pool.

A few things. Not much selection for breakfast. Pool closes too early. Never a hot tub. Police presence.

Hotel was infested with ants, bugs, and dirty. Lots of water damage, floor tiles were peeling up. Kids were getting bit up.

Hotel was convenient to Buffalo and to the Eric County Fairgrounds. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

The hotel is an older hotel with some updates. The room was cramped, beds were fine, and it was fairly clean. There were some stains (looked like coffee on the walls) in a few spots. The bathroom is older and shows mildew stains on ceiling and grout.

Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good.

Hotel doesn¿t have elevator. It was difficult for my elderly mom to take stairs. Location is far from falls and could get more beautiful options for that price.

It was an old hotel that needs rennovation.

Even though its 1 floor there was no elevator. We had elder people and taking the stairs was hassle. Breakfast was not on par for the price we paid.

The hotel was very clean. We liked the location and free breakfast.

Did not realize when we checked in that we had to notify staff if we wanted our room cleaned the next morning.

There was no hand soap, shower-cap in the bathroom. Bedsheets were not clean. On the day we reach, a staff lady was so unprofessional and rude, she was doing brush on the front desk. Overall experience was bad, will never book thi for our future trips

Staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently located. Breakfast was Ok. Nothing special. Waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, juices. Price for hotel very reasonable. Beds were ok for comfort level.

Bathtub fixtures were falling off the wall. Towels had stains on them. Thin walls. Smelled like fish in the room. Tiles in the tub were broken.

Close to my family that I was visiting

The hot water in the sink echoed when I tried to use it to the point I thought that it may wake up the people next door

Staff was unhelpful didn¿t know anything about the area, bathroom had mild in it front desk staff did not care when they were told dogs barking at 8am every morning.

Location, close to highway, staff courteous

Mold in Bathroom, cobwebs in room, stains on wall, clientele sketchy. I wasn¿t expecting a Marriott like stay, but the conditions of the property overall are old, musty, mold present, was disappointing, would not stay again.
