Pros +

The hotel had fabulous style! The staff was friendly and attentive. American Beech is the perfect location for a visit to Greenport....park once ...and walk wherever you like :))
Staff very nice. Attractive, modern without being overly trendy.
Quaint , great location, adorable staff, would stay again. $$++

Cons -

The Hotel was terrific. We have stayed a couple of times prior. I do however have to agree with some of the reviews Our room was above the boutique playing continuous music. If they could play music accordingly to the time of day, it would be a plus!
