Cons -

Staff not the friendliest. Room had several things not to par, such as: stained sheets/ mattress, clogged tub, tv not really working, etc.
We had two units, one on the ocean side belonging to a family friend and this one and it was disappointing to see how poorly this one was decorated in comparison to the charming decor of the other unit. Tons of potential but missed the mark with the decor
